And in case a spare part should be needed somewhere along the way, we have your individual bill of materials stored in our ERP system. Our service technicians will be with you in no time and solve the problem on site.
Yet your service contract includes even more: You become an integral part of the permanent ongoing development of Apostore automated picking machines. Updates of the Apostore software, new control units and new functions are inputted for you at regular intervals. So you can be sure that your automated system always remains up to the latest technical standard.
